Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrepOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Services

PrepOS, a product of Brimbytes, provides a CBT (Computer Based Test) examination and readiness platform designed for secondary schools to track, analyze, and improve student performance through simulated testing and data analytics.

3. School Responsibilities

Schools are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of school-level administrative accounts.
• Ensuring that student data uploaded to the platform is accurate and authorized.
• Providing necessary hardware and internet connectivity for students to access the platform.

4. Student Usage Rules

Students must use the platform solely for academic preparation and testing. Any attempt to bypass security measures, scrape data, or use the service for unauthorized purposes will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Payment & Subscription Terms

Subscription fees are based on the number of students enrolled. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate service level agreement. Brimbytes reserves the right to adjust pricing with a 30-day notice.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding student data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Brimbytes and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Brimbytes.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Brimbytes, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice via the platform dashboard or email for significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
